President & CEO Bio:
Andre Dove is a United States Air Force veteran and an educator who has been educating adult and K-12 learners for 20 years. In addition, he has been the lead pastor of Restoration church located in Spokane, WA, for the last 11 years.
In addition to his other roles, Andre is a published author. His book, iThink: Transforming your thoughts into Godly behaviors, is a valuable resource for leaders and aspiring leaders. He has also dedicated years to mentoring young individuals in various aspects of life, guiding them towards their goals.
Andre hosts the RLP podcast, a platform where he addresses the pressing issues within the African American community. His 28 years of public speaking experience have allowed him to engage students and future leaders on high school and university campuses, fostering diversity of thought that can transform those they encounter.
Check out his sophomore project, The 5-G Network: Communicating Christ Crucifixion to the Next Generation. It is groundbreaking and assists one in understanding the importance of the cross. Churches have been on the decline for many years. According to Lifeway research, 1700 pastors leave the ministry a month. That leaves these houses of worship without someone to lead them which precipitates the decline. Dove Consulting Group understands the variety of issues that plague the church from the inside to the outside. We endeavor to revitalize and restore these churches in order to have a greater impact and focusing on becoming an externally focused church.
